Spring has definitely sprung here in Germany! These purple crocuses are all over my back yard. A previous tenant left me a very nice surprise. I think I’ve got daffodils coming up, too, but it looks like a jungle back there, so I can’t be sure. I love surprise plants!
It’s Monday, so I’m linking up with Melyssa to share my Weekly Wishes. Want to know more? Care to join us? Click on the pretty little button below to see what it’s all about.
Last week’s weekly wishes post didn’t happen due to some freak issues with my WordPress password. I was locked out of my administrator page for four days. That’s like an eternity in blogger days. I was so bummed to not be able to share with everyone last week that I still hadn’t managed to get that damn storage room straightened out. I got all of the shelving assembled and then realized that I didn’t have enough pretty storage bins.
So I went shopping online. Darn, huh?
I did manage to get the other goal knocked out, so my blog finances are now in order. Big thank you to Alex for suggesting Wave Accounting. It’s free, it’s easy, and it’s amazing. Now I know what I’m spending my money on, and who is spending their money on me. Fabulous!
This week I want to
1. Get my posts written and scheduled for the next 7 days by Tuesday evening. This one may be tough, but my parents are flying in from St Louis on Wednesday morning and I want to be able to play tourist with them without worrying about posting while they’re here. I also joined a blog challenge to blog every day in April, so I need to get a jump on that. Not the most brilliant timing, but I was feeling inspired when I got the email about the challenge. If you’d like to join me in my self-torture sessions, check out the Ultimate Blog Challenge. All the cool kids are doing it.
2. Nada, zip, zilch, bupkus. I’m on staycation as of noon tomorrow, and I’m going to enjoy myself, damnit.
That’s all I have for this week, folks. I’m not going to be doing monthly goals anymore, so this will be weekly only from now on (or until I change my mind again). I can barely think two minutes down the road, so these weekly wishes are a big enough challenge!
What’s on your plate this week?
